THE SARS-COV-2-RELATED MULTISYSTEM INFLAMMATORY SYNDROMEDISCOVERED IN A CHILD WITH ACUTE ABDOMEN: A CASE REPORT

The majority of the authors agree on frequency asymptomatic or pauci-symptomatic forms SARS COV 2 infection in children and rarity complications. [1] However, terminology developed by Centers for Disease Control Prevention World Health Organization Pediatric Multi-Systemic Inflammatory Syndrome Associated with COVID19 has a very heterogeneous symptomatology,non-specific variable severity. [2,3]We report through this observation case 9-year-old child admitted to paediatric surgical emergencies clinical acute abdomen which serology covid came back positive IgG associated beam biological signs ,The diagnosis COVID19-associated multi-systemic pediatric inflammatory syndrome was retained.
